Degree Holder with a Minimum of 7 years experience in similar industry, manufacturing or retail sector.?
Responsibilities include:
Key duties: ?The role holder will oversee the HR functions, handle general administrative duties and prepare staff payroll. ?
Maintain staff record (payroll, personal data, leave, attendance)??
Support recruitment and hiring process?
Support line managers in performance management processes ?
Coordinate training programs?
Work autonomously to ensure smooth running of HR dept and operations ???
?Provide administrative duties 
Broad knowledge of HR and general administration??
Previous experience in the manufacturing sector and knowledge of accounting software  is an added advantage.??  ??
