Head of Catering

Take orders from CEO on customers’ orders, and also make the CEO aware of orders gotten through personal and online marketing.
Meet orders timely, by putting other caterers, equipment, materials, and any other person needed to achieve the goal, to work.
Coordinate and supervise cooking from the purchase of raw materials to the point of delivery for indoor, outdoor, and corporate events.
Carry out any other activities as directed by the CEO.
Handle outdoor catering events.
Make sure that the food is ready and taken to the point of delivery, in the appropriate way.
Ensure customer satisfaction making sure that complains are handled.
Competencies and Skills
Natural flare for cooking.
Problem solving skills, and use of initiative.
Microsoft Office Skills and Social Media savvy.
Can work with little or no supervision.
Creative and Innovative.
Project Management Skills.
MIN REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
HND/B.Sc. Hotel /Catering Management, Home Economics, Food Technology, or other related disciplines.
At least 2 years of working in similar environment and handling similar tasks.
40,000 - 60,000 Naira.
