Job Details

Responsibilities
Assists in administrative duties such as benefits enrollment for new employees
Answers employee questions and requests when necessary
Assists with employee background checks
Assists with processing and reconciling payroll
Maintains and updates employee information in the system when necessary
Assembles employee data files
Schedules meetings and appointments at the HR Manager’s request
Provides administrative support with email, making copies, and other clerical functions.
Requirements and Skills
Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Must be discreet and confidential
